Greetings from the beautiful cubicles of my office! It's 11:30 in the evening and we're still here. We haven't taken a weekend break yet because of this project we've been working on. We're hoping it would bring in more hits so that, come December, we'll have a big fat bonus in our payroll accounts.
I actually wouldn't mind doing this if everyone in the office is doing their part of the work, but that will never be the case. There's always one jerk who thinks he can get away with anything and enjoy the free ride as long as he knows "how to answer the head honcho's questions." Well, his days of dilly-dallying are numbered. The rumored reorganization is coming really soon.
I've been doing some thinking, and maybe I shouldn't have taken the mobile component of the new animation show. I was too focused on that project that I failed to see the complexity of this big project we're working on now. I could have probably shortened our overtimes and working weekends if we started on this early on.
But that's now water under the bridge. It's one of the learnings from this real-world training I'm getting.
Right now, what I'm scared of is spreading myself too thin that the quality of my work would be greatly reduced. I'm slowly seeing it happen, not just to me but to a lot of people here at work. I'm crossing my fingers and hope that we still have control over this.

Sorry for not blogging. I know that I'm way overdue for a new entry, but for the past week I just didn't have the time to do it with all these major projects I'm coming up with.
I wish I can tell what it is, but it's really top secret. Don't worry. You'll find out soon.
We've been working on this at maximum overdrive, night and day. For the past days, we go home at around two in the morning making sure things are ironed out. And for this, I am very grateful to Joko and Jun for their generosity with their talents. Of course, I extend my thanks to Karen, Warren and Rusnell for helping out in their own unique ways.
I am really excited how this will turn out. We got to try out the first application this evening and it worked well with minor glitches. We just need to set-up the suffix and update the reply messages to reflect the pricing and we're done. Just two more to go.

My apologies to Jenefaith, Haron, Hillmarie, Giovanni and the SPED kids. I know the walk from the People Power Monument to Ultra this coming Sunday is for a good cause, but I have to be selfish now. I really need this time for myself to recover from this week's work.
When I woke up this morning, I can't believe it's still a Friday. I scanned my mind thinking of what I was supposed to do today, looking for a reason to file a leave and go back to sleep. The cold virus that I have for a few days wasn't strong enough to make me stay home. And so I have a date with Paul later for the UAT session and a DTI program verification after that. Oh well.

'Di ba't ang sarap ng feeling ng...
... naverify na ng DTI ang iyong promo na magla-launch bukas?
... nakatapos ka ng dalawang Globe SD's, dalawang grids at isang promo mechanics sa isang araw?
... natapos na ngayong araw na ito ang dalawa mong promo after ten weeks?
... napakita mong gumagana ang iyong downloads sa harap ng taong nagsasabing hindi?
... kumain sa Sweet Inspi ng mongolian pagkatapos ng isang hectic week?
... Biyernes?
... alam mong magsha-shut down ka na ng PC mo in a few minutes for the wekeend?
... magblog ng walang kwenta?
... 6 minutes and 28 seconds to go?
... alam mong they are the championship?
Happy weekend sa inyong lahat, mga hayup! Hahahahaha!
