The meeting is at ten in the morning at Meralco. It's 9:32AM already but I'm still here in the office waiting for him to finish taking a shower. Now what the fuck is that?! I hate being late.

Letting Chai Go Last Wednesday was my last day with Chai. For those of you who do not know, Chai is my almost seven-year old Civic I bought back in 1999. She was named Chai after Morny's then great-but-doomed-to-fail love for this girl from Project 4.
After office, I picked up her new owner, Morny's brother, and drove to La Vista to pick up all my personal stuff inside the car.
It was hard letting her go after all the adventures. It was like selling a family member. Or maybe more. She still runs pretty well but it would take us a significant amount to make her look like new, hence the decision.
We've reserved our new car yesterday. It's going to be the new 2006 Honda Civic. Nothing too fancy. Just the basic but with an automatic transmission (Chai was manual). On the way back from Honda, we were thinking of a name for her and we ended up with Georgina. We'll see.
